Thomas Alday Obituary

ALDAY, Thomas Tucker Jr. "Tommy" 64, went to be with the Lord Sunday morning, Nov. 28, at his home in Valrico. Tommy was born in Patterson, NJ. As a young boy, he moved to Bainbridge, GA where he lived until he was a teenager. After leaving Bainbridge, Tommy and his family moved to Tampa, where he graduated from Plant High School in 1964. Tommy was the founder and co-owner of Alday-Donalson Title Company of Tampa. If you had the opportunity to meet Tommy, you knew that he was a very generous and giving person. He was always the first person to give to a good cause and helped out many charities, churches, and schools throughout the community. He was also a Special Deputy with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office appointed by Sheriff David Gee. A couple of the things that Tommy loved in life were fast cars and Starbucks coffee. Tommy was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Tucker Alday Sr. and mother, Regina Auricchio Alday. Surviving relatives include his daughter, Michelle Alday Cesario; son-in-law, Rocky Cesario; and grandson, Rocco Tucker Cesario; brother, Victor Alday; sisters, Regina (Suzie) Alday Santorsola, Valerie Alday, Madelyn Feinberg, and many dear friends that he kept close to his heart. Visitation services will be held Thursday, Dec. 2nd from 6 pm-8 pm, and funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 3rd at 10 am at Serenity Meadows Funeral Chapel with burial following services. The family asks that in lieu of flowers please make a donation to: Development Department, LifePath Hospice, 12973 N. Telecom Parkway, Suite 100, Temple Terrace, FL 33637.
