CAIN, Walter Patrick Jr. Passed away April 8, 2009. Born Sept. 23, 1937, in Dade City to Pat and Martha Cain, he was a lifelong resident. He worked 22 years in the area's citrus industry in addition to a stint with the U.S. Forest Service in Colorado. An avid hunter, fisherman and woodsman, with a great love for the Colorado outdoors, he also was a former Rotarian. A much-loved husband, dad and Pop-Pop, he is survived by his wife of 49 years, Bebe Cain; his children, W.P. Cain III, MD, of Baton Rouge, LA, Barbara Ann Cain Carson of Dade City; and two grandsons, Edward and Patrick Carson. Visitation will be held Monday, April 13, from 4-6 pm at Hodges Family Funeral Home on Fifth Street in Dade City. An interment service will be held on Tuesday, April 14, at 11 am at the Chapel Hills Mausoleum. Flowers will be graciously accepted, or donations may be made to Pasco-Hernando Hospice.
