I was fortunate to have known Wanda, as Manager of Transplant House, Miami, FL. She was the perfect guest, who had reasons to complain but never did. She always spoke proudly of her family, her love of basketball and her dream of returning home to Tampa. Her family got much bigger while here and we join all the rest in giving thanks for her life, her joyful smile and the memory of her that we will cherish forever. David Miller

I was fortunate enough to have my life touched by Wanda and her infectious smile. A courageous woman and fellow transplant recipient who I will deeply miss. My loss is God's gain, as Wanda finds rest in his loving arms.

Wanda was a woman of strength and character... and a woman I loved and will never forget. She would crack a joke and make you laugh even in her most difficult times and she had the most amazing smile that would light up a room. She was part of our transplant family and I was blessed to know and love her. She will be incredibly missed but her spirit will live on in our hearts and minds forever.
