CUSSEAUX, Wright "Cherry" Jr. Funeral services for Mr. Cusseaux, of West Tampa, who passed away Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013, will be held Saturday, Aug. 24th, at 11 am, at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 North Howard Ave. Interment will follow in Rest Heaven Memorial Park Cemetery. He was born in Port Tampa on June 20, 1940, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Wright (May Ethel Randolph) Cusseaux Sr. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vernell Cusseaux. Mr. Cusseaux, to his family, was called "Junior"; to his friends, he was called "Cherry"; and to others, he was Wright. He joined the United States Air Force, and his military career ended with a medical discharge. Survived by two loving daughters, Michelle Cusseaux (the late Roberta Walters, mother) and Mia Cusseaux (the late Alice McClain, mother). Married the late Vernell Cusseaux and they lived in West Palm Beach before returning to Tampa. His loving and grands include Charo Davis, Yolanda Cusseaux, Anthony Howell, Asher Walters, Devarius Cusseaux, Richard Williams & Myriah Williams; 7 great-grands, Joseph Vivens, Jaheem Roach, Nakia Davis, An' Tariyah Howell, Goddess Turner, Gabriella Turner & Russell B. Simmons III; cousins, nieces, nephew, relatives & friends. Remains will repose Aug. 23rd, 5-8 pm, and family will receive friends 6-7 pm, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N Howard Ave., Tampa, FL 33606.
