POLSTON, C.J. "Butch" of Seminole, went to be with our Father in Heaven Saturday, May 17, 2014. Butch was born in Waco, TX to Elijah and Katie Polston. He was the youngest of 10 children. Butch was a proud Vietnam veteran who served in the United States Navy. He loved all of his family but most of all, he loved his wife of 45 years. If you were to ask him about her he would say, he loved her from the first time he laid eyes on her. Butch is survived by his beloved wife, Ruth Polston; sister, Ruth Snipes of Waco, TX; brother, Bobby Polston of Azle, TX; one son, Danny Polston (Rachel) of St. Petersburg; one daughter, Wynell Landers (Noah) of Seminole; six grandchildren, Alika Camelo, Kiana Landers, Jaylin Polston, Alohilani Polston, Nikki Camelo and Katie Landers. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23, 2014 at Brett Funeral Home, 4810 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, between 4-7 pm. Funeral Services will be held, Saturday, May 24, 2014 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 9001 106th Ave N, Largo, at 10 am. Repast to follow.
