SCHULZ, Wilbert G. 96, of St. Petersburg, has fulfilled his life's purpose on June 22, 2014. He was born June 10, 1918 in Atlantic City, NJ, where he raised his family and left to defend his country during WWII. Coined "The Atlantic City Hero" by the AC Press, he was decorated with two Silver Stars and two Purple Hearts, among many other decorative achievements. America is a better place because of men like Wilbert. He is survived by his four proud daughters, Barbara and husband George, Nancy and husband Shawn, Wanda Ann and husband Doc, and Kathleen; 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
