JACK, Chelsea Amber 17, of Brooksville passed away Feb, 1, 2011. She was born in Dade City, and was a beautiful, caring sensitive young woman. Her true friends meant the world to her. Chelsea had a special affection for turtles and all animals and wanted to save them all. Her loss is deep, but her beautiful memory will live forever. She is survived by her parents, Kendra and Nathan Jack; sister, Ava Jack; maternal grandparents, Louis and Gail Keedy; paternal grandparents, Rebecca & Alexander Jack; uncle and aunt, Nicholas and Lynn Keedy; uncle Brian Jack; aunt and uncle, Alexis and Frank Anavo; and cousins, Dylan, Cole, Owen, Madison and Nicholas Jr. Brewer & Sons/352-796-4991
