He was past president of Centro Asturiano and vice president of its hospital, also a past president of The Tobacco Table. Tino will be especially remembered by all in life and death for those who were privileged to know him, for his private and simple life, his extra generosity to his family and worthy causes. He was a gentle man who gave. He wanted to forward a legacy not for himself but for the satisfaction of making something better. We loved him so much and we will all miss him terribly. The family wants to express a special and heartfelt thank you to Dr. Xavier Prida for his extraordinary medical care and friendship to Tino. We would also like to give a recognition to the wonderful and loving caregivers: Silally Aguasvivas, Johana Rodriguez, Maria Martinez, Maria T. Ruiz, Alicia Gonzalez and Andrea Crespo. As per Tino and the family's request, there will be no public funeral services. A private interment took place on June 5,2012 at Centro Asturiano Memorial Park Cemetery in Tampa.
