BALLINGER, Edward J. 88, passed away Feb. 11, 2013. in Fort Wayne, IN. Born in Ohio and raised in Mt. Vernon, KY. Ed was a WWII U.S. Army veteran who lived in Fort Wayne, IN many years. After 35 years at International Harvester, Ed and his wife Viola retired to Florida, living in Ellenton, St. Petersburg and Seminole. He returned to Ft. Wayne in 2011. Preceded in death by his wife Viola (Rutz) and son Danny. Ed is survived by sons, Denny (Emie) of Las Vegas NV, Jack (Mary Beth) of Indianapolis, IN and Steve (Kathy) of Nashville, TN; daughters, Cindy (Jim) Kennedy of Kimmel, IN and Vicki (Rick) Franklin of Seminole and many loving grandchildren; great-grand-children; and great-great grandchildren. Interment will be at Serenity Gardens in Largo. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Honor Flight of West Central Florida or the
