Born July 17, 1925 in Chicago, Jack was to become a salesman his whole life, from his horse and wagon milk route with Hunding Dairy at age 13 until his retirement from the family real estate business in Largo in 1988, with stops at the Chicago Herald American, The Prudential Co., the Nestle Co., WAKE Radio and WAZE Radio along the way. In World War II, he served as a B-17 ball turret and waist gunner with the 486th Bomb Grp., in Sudbury, England, and flew over 25 combat missions over Western Europe. After wartime and postwar education at the University of Missouri and Northwestern University, he married, and is survived by, "the love of his life", Jeanne, who, together, would have celebrated their 66th anniversary next week. He is also survived by their five children, Jack (Jr.), Jeff, Jim, Jay, Jane (Devoe); six grandchildren; and brother, Robert E. Keller.
