BREWER, Carrol (Hodges) Honda, 55, retired licensed practical nurse, beloved mother, sister, aunt and friend to many, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2013. She is preceded in death by her mother, Delores (Goucher) Hodges; her father, John Hodges; and her sister, Carla (Hodges) Morrison. She is survived by her daughter, Sara Hodges; her sister, Connie (Hodges) Farmer; great- uncle, Otto Quick (wife, Patricia); uncle, Raymond Goucher (wife, Peggy); aunt, Sonnie Pinkston (husband, Jim); aunt, Eileen Fields (husband, Bob); and aunt, Elizabeth Johnson (husband, Lynn); her niece, Rebekah Farmer (partner, Sarah Pass); and three nephews, James Morrison (wife, Jennifer), John Byron (Jay) Farmer (wife, Amy); Isaac Farmer; and great-nieces, Hunter Morrison, Halen Morrison & Eden Pass; and great-nephew, John Gregory (Jack) Farmer. Carrol also has many cousins and second cousins who mourn her passing. She is remembered for her quick wit and love of life. She was a member of Apostles Lutheran Church in Brandon, where she sang in the choir up until the last Sunday she was home.
