Dear Joan and Family

I was so saddened and shocked to read about Wes's passing in this Morning's Hour.

Over the years I thought about him
many times and working with him and my Father (Jules) at the Stamford Water Co.

He was a mentor to me and a role model.

Our visit to UCONN when I was in my Senior Year High School was inspirational.

He also introduced me to sailing which was and still is my passion - although I'm not as agile as I once was.

I will miss him.

A piece of me is gone but I will never forget him.

With Deepest Sorrow
