Calandrelli, Francesco
Francesco Calandrelli, 89, Passed away peacefully in Isola Del Liri, Italy on November 12, 2012. He was born October 4th, 1923 to the late Giuseppe Liberata Calandrelli in Arpino, Italy. Francesco was a WWII veteran having served in the Italian Army. He made homemade wine and greatly enjoyed gardening. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He is survived by his two loving daughters Angela Socci and her husband Tommaso of Stamford, and Liberata Calandrelli of Italy. His four grandchildren Anthony, Paula, Lydia and Stephano. Also surviving are his four great-grandchildren Michael, Anthony, Mia and Briana. Besides his parents Francesco is predeceased by his beloved wife Anunziata Greco, three brothers and a sister. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at St. Cecilia's RC Church., 1184 Newfield Ave., Stamford, CT . Family and friends are all welcomed to attend.
