Vincent Hatterman

Hatterman, Vincent
Vincent James Hatterman, a lifelong resident of Stamford, CT passed away on January 4, 2013. He was born on July 14, 1944 to the late Henry and Gertrude Pelosi Hatterman. Vincent spent his childhood in the Glenbrook neighborhood. He was a twenty year veteran of the Stamford Police Force. As an avid gardener, Vincent spent much time tending to his vegetables each summer and took great pleasure in delivering his harvests to friends and family. As well, he had a special place in his heart for casinos and reveled in the sound of the slot machines when he "took a ride" with his wife Connie, his favorite gambling partner. Vincent will be remembered for his engaging stortytelling, his penchant for practical jokes and his tag sale finds. Nothing made him happier, though, than welcoming his two grandchildren Cal Gillin, age 4 and Daisy Lombardi, age 2 into the world and watching them learn, grow and laugh. Vincent is survived by his loving wife Connie Colello Hatterman, his loving daughters and their spouses Beth Hatterman Gillin and Brian Gillin, Jaime Hatterman Lombardi and Chris Lombardi and his grandchildren all of Stamford as well as his brother Henry Hatterman of Warne, North Carolina.
A funeral procession will be leaving The Nicholas F.
