Antoinette "Dolly" (Calzone) Napolitano, age 92 of Norwalk, beloved wife of the late Samuel Napolitano, died on Monday, October 29, 2012 at Wilton Meadows. Born in Norwalk, the daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Tavella) Calzone. she worked for Genung's. A member of St. Jerome Church and St Ann's Women's Auxiliary, she loved spending time with her family and friends, socializing and entertaining. She was an avid photographer and also enjoyed cooking, music and word puzzles. She is survived by her sons John Napolitano and his wife Linda, and Frank Napolitano and his wife Carolyn, brothers Michael and Rocco, sister Grace of Norwalk, 7 Grandchildren; Cheryl, John, Gina, Fran, Maureen, Billy and Jimmy, and 7 Great-Grandchildren: Jessica, Nicole, Riley, Samantha, Vinny, Tessa, Fiona, Gracie, and Emma ; In-laws; Mike and William, Nancy of Stamford as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her siblings: Nettie, Anna, Josephine, Helen, Joseph, in-laws: Camilia, Fucietta, Mary, Nettie, Nicky, Peter, Rose and Nancy of Stamford
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Saturday, November 10 at St. Jerome Church, Norwalk with burial to follow at St John Cemetery. Her family will receive friends on Friday from 4-8 pm at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave, Norwalk. St. Ann's Auxilliary will pay their respects on Friday at 7pm
