Babrowicz, Frances A.
Babrowicz, Frances A. Utica: On Monday, December 15, 2014, Frances A. Babrowicz, 98, of Utica entered into eternal rest in the comfort of her home with the love and support of her beloved family at her bedside. Frances was born on April 18, 1916, the daughter of Frank and Angelia Czysyon Tupaj. On May 10, 1953, she married Stanley Babrowicz in Utica. They shared an endearing relationship filled with love and dedication for 55 years prior to his passing on October 22, 2008. Through the years Frances had a variety of positions, her last employment was with Reid Sheldon, retiring in 1990, after many years of enjoyable employment. Frances was a devout parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church, (Utica) and St. John the Evangelist Church, (New Hartford). She was a member of Walter Skiba Post, #20 Ladies Auxiliary, Utica Chapter and the Clinton "Road Runners" Senior Group. She was the best of the best wife and mother, unselfish in every way, and so giving all of her life. If her family was well, she was well too! Frances loved the security of her home, and no matter where life took her, her heart remained in Utica; for There's no place like home! Hallmarks of Frances's spirit are found in her patience, humor, and endless love. Her devotion to her Catholic faith made her a Godly woman who was Gracious, Generous, and Good. Her gentle spirit, quiet reasoning, and non-judging way, has left an imprint in our hearts and has taught us how to live life well. Mom, we love you to the moon and back…..love you more! We will forever miss those BLUE EYES! Frances leaves her daughter Cheryl Babrowicz, Liverpool; son, Robert Babrowicz, Spartanburg, SC; sister, Mary (Stanley) Soja; grandchildren, Seth (Elizabeth) Belt, Mary Frances and Sarah Ann Babrowicz.
