JOHNSTON, Marjorie "Marge"
Age 73 of Elmira Heights, NY passed away on Sunday August 5, 2012. She was born on August 7, 1938 in Schenectedy, NY the daughter of the late Lawrence and Beatrice Kirker Schrom. Mrs. Johnston was pre-deceased by her husband Wesley Johnston in 1990; and also by her brother Robert Schrom. Marge worked at the Convenient Mart in Horseheads, NY for over 20 years. The family would like to thank John Overacker and her Convenient Store Family for all of the years of friendship and love. Mrs. Johnston is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Stephen and Kathy Johnston of Big Flats, NY; grandchildren: Autumn Johnston and friend David Lawrence; Scott and Lindsay Green; Laura Green and friend Brett Barney; Kevin Green; brother and sisters-in-law and brother-in-law: Donald and Margaret Schrom of Elmira, NY; LaRue Shuart; Margaret Clevelend; Ruth Wales; Ronald Gordon; nieces and nephews: Theresa, Robert Jr., Kathy, Donald Jr., Linda Hughes, Bill Schrom, Cheryl Blair. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY on Tuesday August 7, 2012 from 4-6 PM. Mrs. Johnston's Funeral Services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 6 PM with the Rev. Rick Price Officiating. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery in Spencer, NY.
