David Allen Goode David Allen Goode, age 66, of Culpeper, died Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born April 12, 1944 in Warrenton, Va. to the late John Allen and Edna Anita Bodine Goode.

Mr. Goode was a member of New Life Baptist Church. He was an avid Cowboys and Yankees fan. He enjoyed selling raffle tickets for the surrounding fire departments and playing bingo on Wednesday mornings at McDonald's with all his friends that he enjoyed spending time with.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Hazel Louise Goode; his son, David Allen Goode, Jr. of Culpeper; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Edna Zeigler and her husband, Lee of Waynesboro, Pa., James Clay of Culpeper, Linda Hudson and her friend, Nathan Markland of Ruckersville, Frances Leake and her husband, John of Aroda, Va., as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Virginia Goode Keyser.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 13, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Rick Simpson officiating.

Interment will follow in Madison Memorial Gardens. An online guestbook and tribute wall is available at www.foundandsons.com
