Ada Booth Sanford Ada Booth Sanford, age 102, peacefully answered God's calling on August 31, 2010 at her home in Radiant, Virgina. Born August 28, 1908 to Susie and John William Booth in Calvert County, Maryland. Ada lived her life as a caring and devoted wife, mother and homemaker.

Ada was the centenarian of her family, preceeded in death by her mother, father, 9 siblings and her husband of 52 years Rev. C.H. Sanford. Ada leaves behind her devoted daughter Linda Walker, and son-in-law Larry Walker, where she resided for the past 5 years. Grandsons, Larry Jr. and Darrick Walker, 2 great grandchildren, Cameron and Desiree Walker and a host of family, neighbors and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 6, 2010 at Antioch Baptist Church, Madison, Virginia. Viewing at 10:00 a.m.. Services at 11:00 a.m. Interment September 7, 2010 at Mt. Hope Methodist Church, Sunderland, Maryland.

W.C. Thompson Funeral Home is in charge.
