Chrisi and Becky,

Judging from the guest book entries, your mother made a difference in the lives of her students. She sounds like a caring individual; a trait you both inherited from her. It is stressful to lose a parent no matter what their age. You two take care and know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I also had Mrs. Berggren for a teacher in Scottsbluff Junior High. She taught with another great teacher, Mr. Horn. She was a natural teacher, loving both the subject and working with kids. I always thought she was such a lady, kind to all, and I admired her for many years after she was my teacher.
My thoughts are with the whole Berggren family.

Dear Becky, Chris, Steve, Gretchen, Chuck , Allyson, and all the family who loved her so,
Heaven's gain is our loss. Doris was a magnificent human being: kind, loving, compassionate, courageous, and intelligent. Her love for the family was the fuel that kept us all going. We will miss you, dear Doris. Love. Barbara Berggren
