Tom Lee "Sonny" Seymour, 61, of Scottsbluff, died Monday, March 11, 2013 at Blue Rapids, Kan.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 15, at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff with Pastor Michael Mead officiating. Inurnment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.

Sonny was born June 29, 1951 in Torrington, Wyo. to Richard and Sybil (Marsh) Seymour. He graduated from Scottsbluff High School and began his career as a truck driver with Pappas Trucking in Gering. He married Cynthia Bjordahl March 9, 2002 in Loveland, Colo. Sonny loved, auto and stockcar racing, auto mechanics and gambling and drive truck.
Survivors include his wife, Cyndy; children, Jason Lee (Amanda) Seymour, Wayne City, Ill., Tiffany Seymour, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas, and Trisha Seymour of LaCona, N.H.; stepchildren, Carla Lauer, Kara Henkel and Kaylin Rogers; 14 grandchildren; sisters, Josephine (Gary) Betzold, Dixie (Richard) McCollum, both of Scottsbluff, Thelma (Glen) Martindale, LaSalle, Colo. and Sharon Robinson (Larry Taylor), Greeley, Colo.; nieces and nephews, Kevin Sandine, Monica Sandine, Holli Himmelreich, Tonya (Devon) DeMott, Chad (Lissa) Taylor; several great nieces and nephews and best canine friends Ted and Lucy.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and great nephew Kenny Hrasky.
