Linda Carlson

Linda Carlson (nee Scharwath), 53, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Oct. 5, at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Denville, N.J., at 11 a.m. To send a message of condolence, please go to www.normandean.com. Born in Newark, N.J., and raised in Kinnelon, N.J., Linda called Barrington, Ill., her home. She graduated from Harper College, and worked as a manager in the food industry. Linda loved her family, animals, taking cruises, and her home. Above all else, her son, Lucas, was the light of her life. Predeceased by her father, John Scharwath, and her brother, Christopher, she is survived by her adoring son, Lucas Carlson; loving mother, Eileen Scharwath; three brothers, Torry (Cindy Frenzel), Gregory (Dawn), and Wayne (Michelle); her sister, Pamela Dresser; special friend of 40 years, Cindy Flannery (nee Carfagno), misses her deeply, and many more loving relatives and friends.
