Hall, David Anderson - Southport  
DAVID ANDERSON HALL David Anderson Hall, 82 of Boiling Spring Lakes passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015 at SECU Hospice of Brunswick in Bolivia. Mr. Hall was born January 6, 1933 in Midway, Kentucky, son of the late Vernon and Eleanor Wiley Hall. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in the Korean Conflict. He was an active member of the VFW Post of Boiling Spring Lakes. Survivors include his wife Carol Hall of the home; daughter, Debbie Hall of Harrison, Ohio; step-daughter, Lori McRae of Wilmington; nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 25, 2015 at 12Noon at Peacock-Newnam and White Funeral Service in Southport. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Wilmington. The family will receive friends one hour prior from 11:00-12:00 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to SECU Hospice of Brunswick. 955 Mercy Lane, Bolivia, NC 28422. Hodges, E. Wayne  
E WAYNE HODGES E Wayne Hodges peacefully passed away in the comfort of family on May 27, 2015. At 68, he had served time in the Army and worked at General Electric for 43 years before his retirement. Wayne was born to Marvin L Hodges and Edith R Hodges on November 22, 1946 in Carvers Creek, NC. He was the youngest brother to Cecil Ray and James Hodges. On April 5, 1969 he married Pamela Watkins at Sunset Methodist Church. Their two sons E Wayne Hodges Jr. and Marvin L Hodges with his wife Melissa Hodges all reside in Wilmington. He was the proud grandfather (Pap) to three grandsons, E Wayne Hodges III, Marvin L Hodges Jr., and E Wynn Hodges. The service will be at Greenlawn Cemetery on Friday at 2:00 pm followed by fellowship at Whispering Pines Baptist Church. Being a devout family man, in lieu of flowers or donations, Wayne would have suggested you have an outing with your family or loved ones.

Howard, Greg  
GREG HOWARD Greg Howard of Hampstead, NC, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Duke Hospital. Greg was born in New Jersey and moved to the Wilmington area in 1974. Greg enjoyed being a dentist in Wilmington for 30 years. Greg loved the outdoors, especially boating and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Donna of Hampstead. He is also survived by sisters Eileen Howard and Joanne Howard, brothers Kevin and his wife Elizabeth of NJ, and Chris Howard and his wife Elizabeth of NJ, brother-in-laws Earl Nollinger of PA, David Carlson and his wife Roberta of MA, and sister-in-law Betty Carlson of PA, and 16 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews. Family was very important to Greg and he will be missed by them all. Arrangements are pending and will be announced. In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, Habitat of Humanity, or the charity of your choice. Condolences may be expressed at CremationSocietyNC.com
