My memories of Norm as Hightstown Borough Council member, teacher at Hightstown High school and as a friend and neighbor will be happy ones. His spirit reminds me of his presence when I travel Grape Run past his former residence. My condolences to Helen and Charisse. He will always be in our memory of the life he shared with us as a friend.
