CHARLES MICHAEL DINA Charles Michael Dina, age 91, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2018. Born February 11, 1927 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, son of the late James and Marie Dina. He was preceded in death by his brothers Michael and Richard, brother-in-law Clement Albertini, son Chris Kambourelis, and grandson David Kambourelis. Survived by his loving wife Anne of 65 years; daughter Carol and husband Ray Underwood of Marbledale, CT; son, Dr. Steven Dina of Buffalo, NY; son Doug and wife Patty of Flowery Branch, GA; seven grandchildren, Jason, Dan, Spencer, Stephanie, Samantha, Michael, and Sawyer. Also survived by his sister Evelyn Albertini and brother James. Upon completion of high school, he enlisted in the US Navy during WWII, assigned to the Naval Air Force, serving 1945-1946. Graduated St. Francis College (Brooklyn) with a degree in Mathematics; completed post-graduate studies in finance and accounting at Queens College (New York). Charles work in financing and accounting crossed a variety of industries and companies. His career culminated as the VP of Finance at Telephonics, focused in military research and manufacturing. He spent his leisure time coaching basketball and baseball, and playing golf. No one was a more devoted St. Louis Cardinal fan; his dedication began with the Gashouse Gang of 1937. The family will receive friends at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, April 10, 2018. Funeral Mass will be 11:00am Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at St. Mark Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. In lieu of donations, please cheer for the St. Louis Cardinals this season. Condolences to the family at
