Keith Garst Obituary

KEITH TATE GARST

Keith Tate Garst, of Leland, died Thursday, May 20, 2010, at home.

He was born July 11, 1937, in Roanoke, VA, son of the late Charlie Garst and Gertrude Garst Barnes and was preceded in death by his daughter Cheryl Garst Davis.

Surviving is his wife Shirley Garst, daughters, Tammy Skipper and husband Danny and Eva Vontz, grandchildren, Tatum Skipper, Bryce Skipper, Graebl Horton, Derrick Davis, Daniel Davis and Samuel Davis, brothers and sisters, Ed Garst and wife Bobbie, Connie Holland and husband John, Roger Garst and wife Joyce, Gary Garst and wife Marie and Jean Speight, numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11am Monday, May 24, 2010, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Leland Ward. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends form 5pm to 7pm Sunday, May 23, 2010, at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel.

Pallbearers will be Gary Garst Jr., Curtis Garst, Joshua Garst, Roger Garst Jr., Michael Speight and Bryce Skipper.
