MERRILL WAYNE BULLARD Merrill Wayne Bullard, 46, of Humble, TX passed away unexpectantly at home on August 16, 2014. He was born on September 7, 1967 in Wilmington, NC. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and father. All who knew Merrill recognized his passion for the Dallas Cowboys, The New York Yankees and the North Carolina Tarheels. However his true passion in life was his precious daughter, Willow Lewis. Merrill is survived by his parents, Tommy and Carol Tutherow of Burgaw, NC, Wayne and the late Janet Bullard of Wilmington, NC, his beloved daughter, Willow Lewis of Newport, NC, sisters, Angela White of Rocky Point, NC, Mary Nicholas (Dale) of Woodstock, AL, Lee Golden(John) of Wilmington, NC, Michelle Raja(Ron) of Rougemont, NC, brothers, Scott Johnston of Humble, TX and Brian Tutherow (Allison) of Jacksonville, NC, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and his most dearest friend, Tracey Lewis. Family will receive friends on Saturday, August 23, 2014 between 1pm-2pm at Riley's Creek Baptist Church in Rocky Point, NC. Immediately following, a celebration of life service will be held at same location.
