Windsor, Arno W. age 90, of Chanhassen, MN and Green Valley, AZ, passed away December 4, 2012 in Tucson, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Olga Winsor and baby sister, and brother and sister-in-law, Don and Jeanne Carson of Janesville, WI. He is survived by wife, Donna; nephew, Mark (Becky) Carson of Janesville, WI, niece, Caryl Carson of Minnetonka, MN; many cousins and friends. Arno graduated from Excelsior, MN High School, attended St. Olaf College, and graduated from University of Minnesota with a degree in Business Administration. After many years, he retired as Vice President of Twin City Federal. Arno was one of the organizers of Twin Cities Neighborhood Housing Services and served as its first President. He was also a former Director of the Minneapolis Jaycees and member of the Lion's and Elk's Clubs. Arno was an active Realtor and Investor and long time member of Minnetonka Country Club, Excelsior, MN, Mt. Calvary Lurtheran Church, Excelsior, MN, Desert Hills Lutheran Church, Green Valley, AZ and Desert Hills Golf Club, Green Valley, AZ. Memorials may be made to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church Foundation, Excelsior, MN, Desert Hills Lutheran Church Foundation, Green Valley, AZ, University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum or donor's choice.
