Mary Ellen Parr Brama

Brama, Mary Ellen (Parr) age 67, lost her courageous battle with cancer on August 26. She was surrounded by her family and enveloped by the love of God and Jesus. Graduate of Edison HS, long-standing and loyal employee of Target Northtown. Survived by Albert, her high school sweetheart and husband of 50 years; four daughters, Tamara (Doug) Block, Cheryl (Jeff) Berman, Lydia (Mark) TerSteeg, and JoEllen (Scott Burns) Murphy; eight grandchildren, for whom she had an undying love, Nikki Block, Judah Berman, Kristen, Ryan, & Michelle TerSteeg, Chris, Kimber, & Elaina Murphy Burns; siblings, Edgar Parr, Dairiel Pavek, Susan Parr, Linda Kulseth, Charles Parr; many pets. Preceded in death by children, Christopher (passed at 3 days) and Dawn (passed at 3 months); parents, Audrey and Lyman Parr. Mary Ellen's red hair, infectious smile, courageous will and her belief in the good of the human spirit will carry on her memory. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am Friday, August 29, 2008 at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, 707-89th Ave. NE, Blaine with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church and also from 5:00-8:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
