Mr. Hammerling was my first boss and I like to say I out-foxed him by getting him to hire me onto the office. He was a keen intellect and a wonderful role model to a new attorney. My deepest condolences to the family on your loss.

So sorry for your loss. Larry was a great mentor and a great guy, we both had the opportunity to work with Larry as Law Clerks. His door was always open, and he always had some friendly words of encouragement for us. Our thoughts are with you.

We are sorry to hear of Larry's passing. I knew Larry from his VISTA lawyer days in Winnebago and he has remained true to his calling and compassion for the less fortunate in our society. He was a very special person.
