Dear Swenson Family,
I am sorry for the lost that we all share and am thankful her suffering was for just a short while. Our friendship was life long and now I hope to continue that with and help her family in some small way to move on in her name. My thoughts and prayers are with you, love you Deanna.

To the Swenson Family,
Those we love don't go away, They walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, Still loved, still missed and very dear. ...Wishing you hope in the midst of sorrow, Comfort in the midst of pain."

To the Swenson Family,
Our sincere sympathy at this difficult time. I was fortunate to know Deanna when I was just a kid in Mankato and got to watch her as an active high schooler, someone I wanted to emulate when I got to MHS. I remember when you were married and moved to this strange place called Burnsville. Deanna's mother shared her place in Sun City with my mother, Marilynn for many years, so I was able to keep abreast of your growing family And then a little more than 35 years ago, my family moved to Burnsville and I was able to see again how much Deanna gave to the community here. I know she continued that involvement in Apple Valley and, I'm sure, in Mesa also. Her positive attitude, hard work and generosity will be sorely missed.

Dear Ken and Swensen Kids,
Deanna was the one who provided the glue for our families, who brought us together for happy times. She was the hardest worker I've ever known and loved her kids and grandkids dearly.
We'll miss her Christmas family updates.
Our love and sympathy to you all.

Deanna…
What a great woman and great memories, she was lots of fun. I remember all the great times and memories made out at the CDC campground and volunteering at the Burnsville Fire Muster. She was always inviting us into her home with open arms, as well as AZ. She will be truly missed by all, her spirit will live on. Until we meet again.
God Bless,
