Dailey, Terence V. age 68, of Burnsville, peacefully passed away this past February 3rd, 2012 at the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis. He was a loving husband, father and doting grandpa and will be missed by his family and many friends. Terry was diagnosed in early December 2011, where he started treatments at the VA for a progressive form of Leukemia known as MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndromes). He was survived by his only daughter, Shaune and husband, Mark Krempel of Las Vegas, NV; his two granddaughters, Brianna Dailey Krempel (13) and Natalie Krempel (6); along with his beloved nieces and nephews and many other supportive friends and family members, including family from both sides of his parents - The Bohanon's, Fiskes, Boyce's, Keck's and Skavnak's. Shaune & Family,

Thank you so much for calling and letting us know of your Dad's passing. We were so sad to hear that he went through so much without us knowing. Mary & I had many fun times with your parents - always meeting every year at the Burnsville Fire Muster. May your good memories of both your parents help to comfort you and yours.

Shaune and family~
It is with a heavy heart that we express our deepest sympathies on the loss of your dad. Your father was a great friend and always there to support Hawgs for Dogs and Guide Dogs of America. His union participation and activities will go down in history. He will always hold a special place in our hearts. We have so many memories throughout the years of him and your mom. We were looking forward to his Vegas visit at Christmas time, but we know that he is smiling down at us now.
Much Love...

To Terry's daughter, family and friends;
My condolences to all of you. Terry was a great mentor and friend to me at IAM Local 1833. He had a great sense of humor, caring personality (as evidenced by his activism in the union, Guide Dogs of America, Masons and American Legion) and was a wonderful story teller. Up until his passing we stayed in touch by e-mail. Thank you for sharing him with all of us.
God Bless You.

Letting Go...
The angels gathered near your bed,
so very close to you
For they knew all of the things
that you were going through,
I thought about so many things,
I tightly held your hand,
Oh, how I wished that you were strong
and healthy once again;

But your eyes were looking homeward
to a place beyond the sky,
where God will hold you always,
it was time to say goodbye;
I struggled with my selfish thoughts
for I wanted you to stay
So we could walk and talk again,
like we did the other day;

But God still knows what's best
And I knew God loved you so
So I gave you life's greatest gift;
The gift of letting you go.

Love and miss you Dad...

My deepest sympathy to Terry's family. I didn't see Terry much in recent years, but when I was younger he was a great source of comfort for me during troubled times. - Bill Tepley
