Jacobson, David W. Age 61, of Champlin pass- ed away Oct. 2, 2012. Preceded in death by mother, Harriette Shipton; step- mother, Eunice Fitch, in-laws, Tom and Marilyn Young; brother-in- law, David Young; nephew, Tony Young. Survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Terry; sons, Rob (Shannon), Eric Jacobson; father, Ordell Jacobson; brother, Bruce (Susan); sisters, Julie Jacobson, Jennifer Foster (Robert); brother-in- law, Steve Young (Sue); 5 nephews, 2 nieces, 3 grandchildren and many dear friends and relatives. David attended Edina High School and served in the military before he and Terry moved to Champlin in 1973. He worked in the optical industry his entire professional career, enjoying his relationships with his many clients and his co-workers at Walman Optical. When he wasn't helping someone with their project or working on his own, David enjoyed his time spent at the cabin with his family and friends. He will be sadly missed while living happily in the memories of those who shared their lives with him. In lieu of flowers donations preferred to the
