Marguerite I. Larsen

Larsen, Marguerite I. 86, formerly of Fargo, died Saturday, July 4, 2009, at the Inter-Faith Care Center in Carlton, MN. Marguerite Isabelle Greguson was born January 11, 1923, in Minneapolis, the daughter of Alfred and Alfreda (Brekke) Greguson. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis, Class of 1942, and earned a BA in English and Physical Education from Augsburg College in Minneapolis in 1946. She also attended the Lutheran Bible Institute in Minneapolis. They were married on October 28, 1950 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. Survivors include son, Timothy (Cristy) Larsen, Plymouth, MN. Funeral Thursday, July 9, 2009 at 11:00 am at First Lutheran Church, 619 North Broadway in Fargo, with burial following at the Egelund Lutheran Cemetery, rural Rochert, MN. Memorials are preferred to First Lutheran Church in Fargo, or Mount Carmel Ministries, Alexandria, MN. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 8 from 5 to 7 pm, with a Prayer Service at 7 pm at Hanson Runsold Funeral Home, 215 7th Street South Fargo, ND.
