Peterson, Susan Marie age 59, of Buffalo, MN, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family after a valiant and courageous battle against breast cancer. In the end, Susan triumphed and did not allow breast cancer to prevent her from living life to the fullest. Preceded in death by her parents, Magnie and Louise. Survived by soul mate, Lynn Welton; brother, Charles (Elaine); and sister, Mary (Gary) Weihn; beloved Yaya of Logan; many nieces, nephews and friends. Celebration of life at 12:00 noon on Saturday, October 12 at Robbinsdale United Church of Christ, 4200 Lake Road, with visitation 2 hours prior. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.

Dear Susan, I always felt a special bond with you as my Godmother. I loved our Christmas ornament tradition and will think of you each Christmas as I decorate my Christmas tree with my "Precious Moments".
