Coulter, Charles R. ‘Charlie' age 84. Preceded in death by spouses, Betty Jane "BJ" and Jeannine; daughter, Sue Ann Monson. Survived by children, Tom (Kathy) Coulter, Ali (Jack Jiracek) Coulter and Cranford (Bethann); stepdaughters, Anne (Jeff) Becknell, Lee Duryea and Kris Duryea. Charlie is loved by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Born in Youngstown, OH. Graduated from Mpls. College of Law after serving in US Army Air Corps in WWII. Practiced law in MSP before retiring to Sun City West, AZ in 1976. Returned to Litchfield, MN in 1996. His life was full with civic and charitable involvement including Robbinsdale Area Shrine Club, Lions, Volunteer Chair of Senior PGA Round-up in AZ. Memorial service 2 PM Friday, Feb. 27 at Cremation Society of MN Chapel, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina (952-924-4100), with visitation one hour prior. Memorials preferred to Cristo Rey High School or donor's choice.
