My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. For the short time I knew Michael I could sense Michael was a very caring and wonderful person. He was so proud of his family, friends, and community. I feel blessed for having known him and will always remember his courage.

Nicole, Let us all hope and pray that Mike has found peace and no more pain, and you and the children will not let grief have too strong of a hold on you. We are neighbors and friends of your aunts Barb and Sharon and have followed Mike's long struggle. Carol and Tiny Wirtz

Dear Nicole and family,
How sad we are at Michael's passing. I know that I speak for all the nurses at the Park Nicollet Cancer Center when I say this. Michael touched all of us, how we wish that his outcome could have been different.
He was so courageous, I will always remember him. I am so sorry that I cannot make it to his memorial service, hugs to you Nicole. Peggy RN

Dear Michael Talley Family,
I grew up in St. Michael, one year behind Nicole, and my parents are friends with Dan and Jan. I did not know Michael, but I have always thought so highly of Jan and Dan's Family, so I know Michael was just as wonderful. The pictures of him with his family say so much! As I have read the journal over the past months, I am amazed at the strength and love your family has given to each other. Nicole, you are such a strong, sweet and caring person and I am so sorry that you, your children and all of the people that loved Michael had to endure this loss. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by God and by the love and support of family & friends, and also by the memories you, Michael & your children created together!
Hugs to all of you, especially your children. I will think of them often and say a prayer for them.
Love,
Angie Winkelman-Yantes

Talley Family-I did not know Mike well but after reading the journals posted at CaringBridge for the last several months, I can sense that this man was nothing more than a great person, father and husband. I know that Michael is now at peace and is in heaven. God bless all of you as you follow the next part of your journey without Michael. Love Vanessa
