Brooks-Mulleady, Olive M. age 95 of Pine Island, formerly of Minneapolis, died on Saturday, April 21, 2012, at Pine Haven Care Center in Pine Island. A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Minnehaha United Methodist Church, 3701 E. 50th Street, Minneapolis with Pastor Cooper Wiggen officiating. A time of fellowship will follow the service. Olive May Hilton was born on November 18, 1916, in Minneapolis. She graduated from Central High School in 1934 and worked as a clerk in the Minneapolis Public School System, assigned to Calhoun Elementary, South High, and Roosevelt High Schools. Olive was a longtime member of Walker United Methodist and Minnehaha United Methodist Church. She is survived by daughters Patricia (Robert) Mapel and Nancy (Bill) Kent all of Pine Island, three granddaughters, and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husbands Donald Brooks and James Mulleady, sisters Patricia Brenner and Marguerite Turnbull, and one great-grandson. Memorials are suggested to the Pine Haven Care Center, Pine Island, MN.
