Lee, Norman O. 89, Brooklyn Center, MN, passed away on May 16 after a long battle with cancer. Loving husband and father, born in Anaconda, Montana. Preceded in death by daughter, Mary Kaye. Survived by wife, Blanche of 67 years; sons, Dan and Norman C.; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Norm was a WWII Navy veteran, a Ford Motor Company retiree, and a hard-working entrepreneur who started two small businesses in the automotive industry. As an avid hunter, musician, band member, writer and world traveler, Norm had many stories to tell, songs to sing and poems to recite. Memorial service 11 AM, June 1st, visitation one hour prior, Brookdale Covenant Church, 5139 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Center, MN 55429. Memorials preferred to Brookdale Covenant Church.
