 Slavens, Sara E. Daughter of John and Maria Slavens of Chanhassen. Sara was born January 26, 1993 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She passed away in her home, June 24, 2012. She is preceded in death by her Grandparents, JoAnne and Daryle Roslansky, her Great Grandparents and her best friend Danielle Renninger. Sara was a 2011 graduate of Minnetonka High School where she excelled in Performance and Competitive Dance. Sara won numerous dance awards including placing 2nd in the nation as part of Supreme Dance Force. Recently Sara graduated from the Massage and Esthiology Science Programs at the Aveda Institute Minneapolis. She was a licensed Esthetician. Sara was a wonderful daughter, sister, and friend who loved living life to the fullest. Sara made a significant positive impact on numerous people and will be sorely missed by all that knew her. She is survived by her loving immediate family, John, Maria, sister, Ali, and brother, Luke. Grandparents: Judy & Rob Gray, Bettendorf, IA, Jim & Cheri Slavens of Bettendorf, IA, Uncle Matt Slavens and his family: Amanda, Conner, and Ian of Davenport, IA Uncle Sam Slavens and his family Christina, Nick, Ben, & Max of Pleasant Valley, IA, Aunt Lynn Scherer and her family: Gary, Aaron, Ben and Nikki of Blue Grass, IA, Aunt Tari Lilly and her family: Jeff, Kate and Anne of Burbank, CA, Uncle Greg Roslansky of Seattle, WA, Uncle Pat Roslansky and his family: Lynnette, Michael and Stephanie of Highland, NJ, Uncle Joe Roslansky and his family: Linda, Jimmy, Will, Sam and Charlie of Chanhassen, MN, Aunt Cathy Dertinger and husband Dave of Montrose, MN and Great Grandparents Vernon & Diane Ollar of Ingram, TX as well as the Treiber family, the Gray family and many great Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and their families .
