Alan Charles Bowman

Bowman, Alan Charles age 59, of Eden Prairie, passed away Sept. 21, 2012 surrounded by family and friends. Preceded in death by parents, John and Frances; brothers, Jack and Bob. Survived by loving wife of 21 years, Jenny; sons, John and Gunnar, and dog, Brownie. A proud member of the US Marine Corps, Alan loved adventure and pushed himself and others to their limits and beyond. Avid hunter, fisherman, outdoorsman, sky diver and private pilot. He invested deeply in the lives of his family and friends. Former employee of IBM, Seagate, Honeywell and Global Infrastructure Partners. In lieu of flowers, memorials to "Bowman Boys" Educational Fund. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, Sept. 26, 12 noon at St. Hubert's Catholic Church, 8201 Main St., Chanhassen.
