Dukatz, Edward F. age 89, of Hopkins, passed away peacefully August 28, 2013. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grand- father. WWII veteran and public servant. He worked for the City of Hopkins and the Hopkins School District. Ed was a member of the Hopkins VFW and past Commander of the Military Order of the Cooties. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Helen; children, Roxanne (Michael) Denny, Michael (Judy) Dukatz, Cindy (John Rohlik) Dukatz, Joseph (Monika) Dukatz; grandchildren, Angela (Phil) Kowalczyk, Nikolas (Breanna) Thompson, Alexander (Emily) Denny, Jack and Tom Dukatz; great-granddaughters, Ella and Kate Kowalczyk, Madison Thompson and brother, John Dukatz. Memorial service Tuesday, 11:30 AM at the Beacon Hill Presbyterian Home, 5330 Beacon Hill Road, Minnetonka. Private interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
