Chloe Moon Dart

STATESBORO, Ga. -- Chloe Moon Dart, age 10, passed away Sunday. She was born on Sept. 12, 2003, in Statesboro, Ga. Chloe was in the fourth grade at Sallie Zetterower Elementary School, where she was a QUEST student and was in the Art Club. She enjoyed playing soccer, softball, riding horses and playing with her cousins and her cat, Mr. Fluffy Buns. Chloe had her own unique personality, marched to the beat of her own drum and always had a gift of making others laugh. She always wanted to grow up to be a clown, but later changed it to a marine biologist and we are quite sure she would've been both.
Our little Boo Boo has gone to Heaven and we are sure that wherever she gathers with the other angels she will always make them laugh.
Survivors include her parents, Consuela Maria Brown and Jerome James Dart; her brother, Forrest Haze Dart; her sister, Tierstin Star Dart; her maternal grandparents, Derrell and Nancy Brown; her paternal grandmother, Lissi Dart; her maternal great-grandmother, Ruby Hendrix; her uncle, Cody (Brittany) Brown; her aunt, Billie Jean Dart, all of Statesboro.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Ledbetter officiating. Interment will be in Bulloch Memorial Gardens.
Hodges-Moore Funeral Home of Statesboro is in charge of the arrangements.
