Edmund Andrew Kubiak Jr., 75, of Savannah, died Nov. 3, 2013, at Hospice Savannah, Inc.
He was born in Lockport, New York, and was retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 22 years of service as an avionics technician.
He also retired from Gulfstream Aerospace Industry after 14 years of service.
He was a member of the White Bluff Presbyterian Church, the Gulfstream Retirees Club and a former member of the Tybee Lite Power Squadron.
He is survived by his wife, Edwiena Kubiak of Savannah, Ga.; a son, Gary Kubiak; one grandson, Jay Kubiak of Lockport, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Funeral service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel with the Rev. Eric Beene officiating. Interment will follow in Upper Mill Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery near Statesboro, Ga., at 3 p.m. Wednesday.
