Robert Blane Livingston Jr., age 24, passed away Friday, May 3, 2013. He was born in Jacksonville and resided with his family in Florida then moved to Bulloch County in 2001. Rob was a 2007 graduate of Bible Baptist Christian Academy, where he lettered in basketball and was presented the U.S. Marine Corps Most Valuable Player. Rob was also selected valedictorian for the class of 2007. He attended East Georgia College and was employed as warehouse shipping manager with Livingston Salon Services, Inc. Rob loved music and writing poetry in his spare time and was an avid Florida Gators fan. He enjoyed traveling to many home and away Florida football games with his family and witnessed the 2006 BCS National Championship game in Tempe, Arizona, and the 2006 NCAA Basketball Championship game in Atlanta. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church.
Surviving are his mother, Ann Marie Villareal of Sarasota, Fla.; his father, Blane (Amanda) Livingston of Statesboro; his paternal grandparents, Jim and Jean Livingston of Statesboro, Ga.; and his maternal grandparents, Bonnie (Mike) Villareal Padron of Naples, Fla.; three brothers, Anthony Rossi, Nicholas Livingston and Noah Livingston; two sisters, Sabrina Rossi and Ava Sheye Livingston; several aunts and uncles, great-great aunt, Tia Fabiola Rodriguez of Jacksonville, Fla.; aunt, Brittany Livingston of Statesboro; great-aunt, Darlene Villareal; great-aunt, Cindy Villareal; aunt, Nicole (Nestor) Sayus; aunt, Michelle (Alex) Gonzalez; uncle, Ashley (Rebecca) Livingston of Amelia Island, Fla.; uncle, Blair (Angie) Livingston of Pensacola, Fla.; great-uncle, Danny (Scottie) Villareal; and great-uncle, Tony (Marcie) Villareal; 39 cousins also survive.
The visitation will be held on Friday from 1-2 p.m. at Bible Baptist Church.
The memorial service will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Jon Edmisten officiating.
