I worked with Frank for over 8 years while he was Executive Director of the Polygraph Commission and I was the Governor's Budget and Policy Advisor for Public Safety. He was always very professional, courteous, and helpful. I knew he was a good man from the time I first met him. He will be missed. I will pray for his soul and for his family.
