Louis John Joseph Jr. Louis John Joseph Jr. of Lampasas, TX passed away January 10, 2013. Louis was born July 29, 1924 in San Antonio, TX to Louis John Joseph Sr. and Anita Barbara (Peters) Joseph. Louis attended Burnet High School and was immediately drafted into the Army after graduation. During World War II, in May 1943, Louis served overseas in France, Belgium and Germany. He later attended Michigan State University and The University of Texas at Austin. After returning home from his military duty, Louis married Bobbie Nell Dellis of Lampasas. While working for numerous years in the manufacturing business as co-owner of Joseph Manufacturing Company, Louis and his family resided in Waxahachie, TX. He later enjoyed a long, successful career as a commercial real estate agent in Waxahachie and Lampasas and was active in the profession until the time of his passing. Louis was a man of strong character and integrity. Among his business associates and clients, he was admired for his vast knowledge of real estate and his commitment to an honest work ethic. Louis was preceded in death by his loving daughter; Melissa Joseph Schutze and grandson, Samuel Julian Schutze. Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his wife of 63 years, Bobbie, his son, Michael Louis Jospeh and wife Linda. Grandchildren; Andrew Jospeh, Catherine Joseph, Paige Schutze and Jake Schutze. Sisters; Jacqueline Joseph Shia of Portland, Oregon, Marlene Jospeh Glade and husband William of Austin and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Louis Joseph Jr. will be held on Tuesday January 15, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Lampasas, Texas. Sneed Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Joseph, I worked with your sweet daughter, Melissa, when I was a bank examiner. In fact, my daughter was born while I was working with Melissa, and I chose to name my daughter Melissa. She was a terrific person.
