Family-Placed Obituary
Ray Alderman, age 74, of Georgetown, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 11, 2004. Ray was born May 28, 1929, in La Feria, Texas, to Irene and Henry Alderman. Ray was a salesman in the heavy construction equipment business for over 40 years. His knowledge was appreciated and respected in the construction industry and by equipment manufacturers across the entire United States. He is survived by his sons, Tod Alderman and wife, Cheri of Georgetown and Toby Alderman and wife, Mary of San Antonio; daughter, Tonya Henry and husband, Greg of Georgetown; and eight grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. at Georgetown Church of the Nazarene. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.cookwalden.com

PLEASE KNOW THAT YOUR FAMILY IS IN OUR PRAYERS.WE HAD KNOWN RAY FOR MANY YEARS.MY HUSBAND AND I WORKED WITH MANOR POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ALMOST EVERYDAY WE WOULD HAVE LUNCH WITH RAY AT THE 290 CAFE. HE WAS A WONDERFUL PERSON AND HE WILL BE MISSED
