Dorothy Adair

Dorothy Adair "MiMi" Dorothy Adair, "MiMi", 75, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away suddenly on December 22, 2007, at St. David's - Round Rock Hospital. She was born on August 19, 1932, in Harlingen, Texas, to Lonnie Tillman and Myrtle Norman. On July 29, 1955, she married Alfred Don Adair. She and Alfred celebrated their 50th Anniversary right before his passing. She is survived by her daughter, Donette Birkelbach and husband Jerry, of Georgetown, her son Kenny Adair and his wife Courtney of Liberty Hill, brother, Marvin Norman and his wife Betty of Round Rock, sister, Judy Hees and her husband, Leonard of Kingsville, her beloved grandchildren, Brittney and Hunter Birkelbach of Georgetown, MyKayla Lockhart and Ryanne Adair of Liberty Hill and numerous nieces and nephews. Dorothy will be missed by all who loved her. She was a kind, generous and loving lady. She was our mother, sister, grandmother and best friend. Honored to serve as pallbearers are her nephews, Tom Best, Royce Nitschmann, Jack Taylor, Kevin Norman, Kris Norman, Bryan Norman and her great-nephews, Seth Nitschmann, Jacob Nitschmann and Beau Best. Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 2, 2008, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday January 3, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Georgetown, Texas.
