The live steam hobby has really suffered a big loss. However many fine memories of John will live on forever.

Our prayers go out to ALL of the

I sent the following directly to Carolyn, but thought others might like to see it too:
Carolyn,
I'm so sorry to hear that John has passed.
I have so many, many good memories of him -- even before I ever met you and your own family.
I still remember coming to Austin especially for him to take me to the Kaliche Pit to run his 1" engines. And then the great facilities at Manor.
I also remember back when I was sorta coordinating public run days at HALS and I suggested that all members wear a Red shirt to the event -- and John went out of his way to show me that not only had he gone out and bought a brand new Red shirt, but had bought Red socks too!
He was a great guy, and I will miss him alot.
Kindest regards to you and Helen,
Your friend,
Dennis Grigassy

While I do not know most of the Enders family, I am good friends with his daughter Carolyn. I am saddened by her loss. My heart is filled with empathy for her because I lost my father (Carroll Lockhart) in March of 1998.

A man that will truly be missed by many. John was my very first contact in the Live Steaming world. Thank you for being the wonderful person that you were.
